Centre
for Tribal Language
Considering
the interest of the Tribal population of the State and
to uplift the standard of
 the Tribal languages, a
Certificate course in Kokborak language was introduced
in 1994 under the Department of Bengali.
Subsequently a
Centre for Tribal Language was set up in 2003, and the
certificate course was upgraded to Diploma course in Kokbarok.In average,
about twenty students undertake the Diploma Course every
year.
